Yes - we can ship to other countries - but you cannot process your order online for shipping outside of New Zealand.  We must process this for you.

Please note we do not currently ship to North America.

We can process a special order for you if you provide us with all the information we need.  Fax or email us (via the "Contact Us" facility o this web site) the product style, colour, size and quantity of each that you want and supply us with all of the information listed below.

The cost of sandals is in New Zealand Dollars as published on the web site plus a shipping and handling fee.  For a single pair to Australia this is approximately $NZ 15 for standard International Air Parcel Post, $NZ 20 for 2 pairs, $NZ 25 for 3 pairs, etc.  An average pair of sandals (size 5) weighs about 1/2 kg - smaller ones are lighter and larger heavier.  We use NZ Post International Air Parcel Post service with generally 3 to 10 working days for delivery.  You can check postage rates and delivery service levels to your country by going to the NZ Post web site at www.nzpost.co.nz .  Please note that if you select this shipping option, there is no track and trace of your item.  If NZ Post or its agents fail to deliver the package, you will need to make a claim on NZ Post.

Please advise us if you require track and trace - this increases freight cost.  Options include International Economy Courier and International Express Courier services offered by NZ Post.

For example International Economy Courier to Australia (2 to 6 working days) increases the freight and handling cost to approximately $NZ 25 for one pair, $NZ 30 for 2 pairs, $NZ 35 for 3 pairs, etc

For example International Express Courier to Australia (1 to 5 working days) incurs freight and handling costs of $NZ 35 for one pair, $NZ 40 for 2 pairs, $NZ 45 for 3 pairs, etc 

We will guarantee delivery to the address you provide (a signature is required on delivery) if you select one of the track and trace options.  If NZ Post or its agents fail to deliver the package in the advertised timeframe, we will ship a replacement order and claim on NZ Post on the customers behalf.

We need:
- Type of card (we take Visa and Mastercard only)
- Credit Card number
- Credit Card Security Code (3 digits - usually printed on the signature strip on the back of your card)
- If your card has extra layers of security such as Verified by Visa or Mastercard's version, we will also need your password to process your order.  We recommend you forward this under cover of a seperate email.
- Your name exactly as it appears on your card
- Expiry Date of the credit card
- Your delivery address and any special delivery instructions
- Contact details - phone number and email addess
- Acknowledgement that you accept the terms and conditions of purchase as posted on the web site.
- Your freight option request (Standard Air Parcel or Track and Trace Courier as above (please indicate "Economy Courier" or "Express Courier" if courier is your preferred option)).
